There Are But Two Paths

There are but two paths. One is exclusion, the other is inclusion.
You can walk the path of exclusion, excluding everything that appears
to get in the way of enlightenment, or you can walk the path of
inclusion, including everything in order to be enlightened. Excluding
is the easier way. Including is the ultimate way. In excluding you
give up everything; in including you gain everything.
The intellect is an insulator tat keeps you separated from the
experience - at great expense.

Unique Expression Of The Absolute

There are a very few who truly know what the One Self is. Looking at it in the perspective of history most of us revere some beings--Krishna, Buddha, Christ, Mother Mary, and others who have made a contribution to consciousness. Can you allow that these all were the same One Self in different unique expressions of the Absolute (or God, if you wish)?

So the One Self is the presence of the Absolute in all creation. The One self is that which is present in this moment, this now. You are a unique expression of this same One Self. You are also the presence of the past, even the presence of that which was the revered individuals we so look to for guidance and inspiration. Your whole being is made up of this Self and is also a unique expression of the Absolute, waiting to be embodied in this moment.

Your work is to be that, and do that, because you are that,The One Self.
